Graham and Scott at Design Loft were WONDERFUL to work with on our garage, deck, and kitchen remodel and addition! They were very helpful offering many thoughts and suggestions, while listening to AND TRULY HEARING our wants and needs! Their price seemed quite reasonable and they were willing to make and show any and all changes that we requested. It was nice to have all engineering reviews and issues addressed by Design Loft---something we would have had no idea how to handle! From the first day we walked in until we had completed plans in hand was just over 2 months, BUT we could have had them 3-4 weeks sooner (even with several changes) had we not been traveling and often out of internet/phone contact. Also of significant importance, the bidding builders have commented on how good the blueprints are to use. If we ever need any future home or garage design, we will absolutely return to Design Loft!
