Rights Of Purchase
Purchaser agrees that the use of the plans ordered is for the construction of one house only. The design or any part thereof will not be duplicated in any way without the written consent of Design Loft Inc. Purchaser agrees to check and verify all dimensions and conditions before construction. You should be aware that some states may require the plans to be stamped by an architect or engineer registered in your state.

Locations of fixtures are shown only. These systems should be sized, estimated and installed by licensed contractors.
Design Loft Inc. assumes no liability for any home constructed from these plans. It is the responsibility of the purchaser of any plan to perform building reviews before beginning construction. These include but are not limited to the following.
Contractor/Owner jointly must verify all dimensions prior to proceeding with construction.
Contractor/Owner must verify compliance with all local building codes in the area where the home is to be constructed.
Plans indicate locations only; engineering aspects should incorporate actual site conditions.

All construction plans ordered through Design Loft Inc. are provided as-is and Design Loft Inc. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of purpose. Construction plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances. Design Loft Inc. is not liable for incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits business opportunity or other economic loss arising out of the use of services or any construction plans received from Design Loft Inc. even if Design Loft Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with applicable statute or regulation, and fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from Design Loft Inc. prior to use thereof. In the event any liability is imposed on Design Loft Inc., Design Loft Inc's. liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid for the Design Loft Inc. house plan product.
