Plan Revisions Design Loft Inc. is ready to help you with any revisions you would like to make. Every plan we offer can be personalized to meet your specific needs. You may want to enlarge the family room, or master suite. Your lot may require a walk-out basement, or a suspended garage. You may even find different elements of several plans you would like to combine. All modifications will be computer drawn, and the plans will be replotted as original drawings. After a stock plan has been selected, we will fax or mail a copy of the floorplans and have you show us the changes you desire. After the suggested revisions are returned to us, our staff will evaluate the revisions requested and will confirm a total cost and an approximate time to modify the plans. If the changes are simple and can be communicated by phone, we will attempt to give you a quote at the time of your call.
